طبيعة الخدمة
«تحقق» خدمة مجانية تساعد في تقييم مدى خطورة الروابط عبر دمج نتائج عدة محركات أمنية ومحرك كشف كويتي متخصص. والهدف منها توعوي ووقائي.
الاستخدام المقبول
- استخدام الخدمة لفحص الروابط لأغراض مشروعة فقط.
- يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة تعطيلها أو إغراقها بالطلبات الآلية.
- تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» (as is) وعلى أساس بذل أفضل جهد (best effort) دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
- لا تضمن «تحقق» دقة النتائج بنسبة 100%، وقد تظهر نتائج خاطئة (إيجابية أو سلبية).
- نتيجة «آمن» أو «لم يتم رصد تهديدات» لا تعني إطلاقاً أن الرابط آمن بشكل مؤكد؛ فقد تكون التهديدات جديدة أو غير مكتشفة بعد.
- يبقى المستخدم مسؤولاً عن توخّي الحذر واتخاذ قراره الخاص قبل فتح أي رابط أو إدخال أي بيانات.
- لا تتحمّل «تحقق» ولا مشغّلها أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنتج عن الاعتماد على نتائج الخدمة.

Nature of the service
Tahaqaq is a free service that helps assess how risky a link may be by combining the results of several security engines and a specialised Kuwaiti detection engine. Its purpose is awareness and prevention.
Acceptable use
- Use the service to check links for lawful purposes only.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or flood the service with automated requests.
- The service is provided “as is” and on a best-effort basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied.
- Tahaqaq does not guarantee 100% accuracy of results, and incorrect results (false positives or false negatives) may occur.
- A “safe” or “no threats detected” result does NOT mean a link is definitely safe; threats may be new or not yet detected.
- The user remains responsible for exercising caution and making their own decision before opening any link or entering any data.
- Neither Tahaqaq nor its operator is liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from reliance on the service’s results.
